Who to contact for help and support

For questions about your course, contact your instructor.

For general distance learning questions, call the e-Learning office at 781-477-2172.

For help with your Internet connection, call your Internet service provider.

For email, Campus Pipeline, or other technical questions: contact both your instructor AND the Help Desk at 978-762-4167 or helpdesk@northshore.edu. It's important to let your instructor know if you're having difficulties.

When you call the help desk, be sure that you have the following information ready:

• Type of computer you have
• Operating system (Windows or Mac? What version?)
• Type of Web browser you're using
• An exact description of the problem you're having Any error messages you received
