Federal Work Study
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) program provides jobs for eligible students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to your course of study.
Work-study jobs are offered on-campus and off-campus. If you work on-campus, you work for North Shore Community College. Off-campus employers are all community service agencies (non-profit or public agency). These community service positions are designed to improve the quality of life for community residents and other students at the college.
