Where should students report on the first day?
A parent/guardian should ALWAYS accompany the student to the lobby of the Health Professions and Science Center, where the updated classroom list is located, and then proceed directly to the classroom. |

If a child does not exactly fit the age range for a class, can he/she register?
If a student is within a year at either end of the age range, it is left up to the parents' discretion to decide if their child should enroll. Parents will be the best equipped to make that decision. |

Are classes held during school vacations?
Classes do not run on Presidents' Day weekend in February; they are held on the second weekend of what is typically vacation week for public schools in Massachusetts. |

Will students enrolled in more than one class be escorted from one classroom to another?
Counselors, competent and trustworthy high school students, provide an escort to students who are enrolled in two classes and assist instructors in the classroom. |

Where should students be dropped off and picked up?
Students should be dropped off and picked up by their parents at their classrooms. |

Should the absence of a student be reported?
While is not necessary to report an absence, we do ask that instructors be informed ahead of time when absences are planned to assist them in their preparations. |

What is the school cancellation policy?
